Shipping Information
We ship all in-stock items within 2 working
days. You should receive your order within 3-5 business
days. Occasionally, we experience a delay in receiving
product from our vendors. If your item is backordered, the item
detail page will show an expected in-stock date. If your
item is backordered for more than 2 weeks, you will receive
further notification by mail.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You can shop for up to 20 shipping addresses per order!
Please note that there is a $5.00 charge per additional
shipping address.
Drop-Shipped Items
All items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer
have an item number that ends with the letter “D”. They
require 2-3 weeks for delivery. These items cannot be express
shipped. Usually these items are furniture or personalized
items.
A few items require curbside truck delivery
and will require additional freight charges.
When will your order arrive?
This is based on the time of day your order is placed,
the type of product, and on the ship method you choose.
At a minimum, we ship products within two business days
after your order is placed.
